Crossfire Tattoos and Piercing sits on Surfers Paradise Boulevard, right on the Gold Coast's main strip and a short walk from the GLink tram. Founded by tattooist Paul Braniff, it is a family-run studio that has been part of the local scene for decades, handling both tattooing and body piercing.
The resident artists cover a wide spread of work, from American traditional and neo-traditional through to Japanese, realism, dotwork, geometric and fine line, so most briefs can be matched to someone in the room. Walk-ins are always welcome and appointments can be booked, which makes it an easy stop for locals and visitors alike, including first-timers. Occasional international guest artists pass through as well.
Open late seven days on the tourist strip, it is built for the come-as-you-are Surfers crowd.
